These terms are a public global baseline. Local consumer rights and mandatory laws may still apply.

1. Acceptance and public documents

These Terms govern access to WI SuperChat, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Security page. By creating an account, signing in, starting a trial, buying a plan, or using the service, you agree to these terms unless mandatory law in your country grants rights that cannot be waived.

2. Service description

WI SuperChat is a premium AI assistant for chat, files, images, research, documents, planning, and workspace organization. Features may vary by plan, language, country, device, provider availability, safety restrictions, and product stage.

3. Account responsibilities

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, protect your devices, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our verified security failure.

4. User content and permissions

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant WI SuperChat the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, analyze, display, and transform your content to provide the service, maintain security, comply with law, and support requested features.

5. AI outputs and important decisions

AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, offensive, or unsuitable for your context. WI SuperChat does not provide professional legal, medical, money-related, tax, engineering, or safety advice. You must review outputs before using them for important, regulated, or high-risk decisions.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use WI SuperChat to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, compromise systems, generate abusive content, impersonate people, evade safety controls, scrape or overload the service, reverse engineer restricted components, or upload content you do not have the right to process.

7. Plans, trials, billing, and cancellation

Paid features, limits, quotas, billing cycles, refunds, taxes, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation flows may vary by region, provider, plan, and commercial offer. Third-party payment processors may apply their own terms. If a feature is unavailable or temporarily degraded, we may provide workarounds, credits, or fixes at our discretion unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

8. Third-party services

WI SuperChat may integrate with authentication, payment, hosting, analytics, AI, email, storage, and other providers. Third-party services may have independent policies and availability. We are not responsible for third-party outages, terms, or actions beyond our reasonable control.

9. Availability and changes

We aim for a reliable premium service, but no online service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, limit, suspend, discontinue, or change features to improve quality, security, compliance, performance, or sustainability.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, WI SuperChat and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

11. Contact and disputes

Contact support@wisuperchat.com before escalating a dispute so we can attempt to resolve it. Regional consumer and data protection rights remain available where mandatory law applies.
